New SSL order shown as "Pending" in PBAS

This is due to the fact that the client has not verified his email account. In PBAS check for the "Approver Email Address"  within the order.

There should be a mail  sent to the "Approver Email Address"  regarding the verification on that date (Check your Inbox/Spam folder for this mail).

The mail contains a code and a verification link. The client have to click the link and enter the code and then submit it. Then the verification process will be completed and he will receive the certificate after that.

In order to change the "Approver Email Address" we will need to cancel and refund the order and client will need to place a new order from certificates.viux.com selecting the desired validation email during checkout
