All of my Websites are NOT listed within the [My Subscriptions] section
Posted by J.T. Smith on 17 October 2011 10:30 PM

If your hosting subscription is either of: Shared Hosting Server (SHS); Shared Cloud; or Cloud Sites - then the following information assumes that you have already logged into the main system Control Panel at: https://hsp.viux.com/cp/ and clicked the [System] tab with your hosting subscription named at the bottom of the [System] tab.

----------

If your desired Website is not listed within the [My Subscriptions] section, first, click the "View all subscriptions" link at the bottom of the [My Subscriptions] section. On the resulting page you will be shown all Websites that are assigned to YOU within the [My Subscription] section. Take note of this number, and then click the [Home] or [Up Level] link to return to the prior page.

If the number of Websites listed within the [My Subscriptions] section is lower than the number of Websites indicated within the [Overview] section beside "All subscriptions", then it means that one or more Websites are assigned to third party customer accounts. If you have no customers to whom you are reselling services, or if you manage all Websites on behalf of your customers, then it is easy to re-assign those Websites to yourself so that they will all be present under the [My Subscriptions] section.

To do so, click the number link beside "All subscriptions" within the [Overview] section. Then select each Website that was NOT present within the [My Subscriptions] section, which will likely have the customer or domain name listed in the "Subscriber" column, and will be different than the subscription name currently listed at the bottom of the [System] tab. Then click the [Change Subscriber] button in the top bar, and on the resulting page, select the correct subscriber that matches the subscription name seen at the bottom of the [System] tab. Click the [Next] button, and then the [Finish] button on the resulting page.

Now you can click "View all subscriptions" again at the bottom of the [My Subscriptions] section, and you should see all of your Websites present. Please note that by default the [My Subscriptions] section only lists a few of the most active Websites, and you must click the "View all subscriptions" link to see any others. This is to keep the page short and clean for those customers that host a large number of sites.
