How / where do I make DNS Zone File edits?

If you need to make DNS Zone file changes to your Domain(s)... you must first login to your control panel. To do so, go to viux.com and click either the [Customer Login] link or the [Control Panel] tab at the top of the page. Or you may go directly to the control panel at: https://hsp.viux.com/cp/; and login with your account username (e-mail address) and password.
Once logged into the control panel, select the [System Tab] at the top of the page. If you do not have a [System Tab] then your account is not fully active, or has been disabled (likely due to a billing related matter). If you have multiple hosting subscription, you will need to make sure that the correct subscription is selected.
Then in the left side "Domain Management" section, click the link for [All My Domains]. On the resulting page, select your Domain Name for which you wish to make DNS changes; and then select that Domain's [DNS Zone] tab. On the resulting page you are able to view and edit the DNS Zone File for the selected Domain, as desired. Changes made on this page may take a few hours to propagate over the Internet.
If on the above directed page you see a warning message in green about needing to make DNS changes in the Plesk DNS Zone, then click the [System Tab] again, select your Domain Name at the BOTTOM of the resulting page. And then on the page that follows, select the [DNS Settings] icon in the "Services" section of the page, and make your needed changes there instead. Within an hour or so the changes made should auto-update at the above indicated location, as well as, over the Internet.
